I spoke with a gentleman, a collector at First Credit, and I was so hesitant giving my card for my payment, but he understood and gave me options with my bank to feel secure about future payments. His customer service was very respectful and professional! I owned up to this debt as I know it was my fault for not cancelling my gym membership correctly. Thank you for the easy process of getting this taken care of and off my credit.

They really stepped up to the plate with all my outstanding payments to help me get my credit score where I needed it to be within 6 months. I thought it would be difficult to work with a collection agency, but they were super professional and easy to work with. I was able to make payments online as well as over the phone with an agent.

I received a letter in the mail about an outstanding payment that I owed from a few years ago that I was not aware of. I called First Credit and before asking me to pay, they verified all my information in a legitimate manner, including my account number, address and various fields in the letter which made me feel very comfortable to communicate with them. I was able to pay my bill over the phone and received a confirmation of my payment via email. Super convenient and quick customer service!

  • - Consumer

I received several reminder phone calls from this agency about my outstanding account, but they were always kind and professional without any judgement about when I would be able to pay. Finally, I was able to pay by setting up a monthly plan so I could pay in installments. Thank you for understanding and letting me take my time to pay!

  • - Consumer

I had fallen behind on my bills since I lost my job during the pandemic, but this company has been very patient and giving me timely calls to make my payments. They are not assertive at all unlike the reputation collection companies have and help you to understand your account and how to pay it off.
