FCS and Conexion have developed an automated program that enables club operators to send delinquent accounts directly to collections with a few simple keystrokes.  You will be able to utilize this new technology directly through your Conexion software.

ABC manages the billing and collection process for a period of 90 days, where most delinquent members get back on track with their billing process.  However, at 90 days past due, a delinquent account is intentional, and a violation of the membership agreement.  This is when ABC can electronically forward the account to the collection experts, First Credit Services, Inc., to maximize and complete the recovery process.
