Allstate Financial Services Group has teamed up with industry leaders First Credit Services, Inc. to provide Allstate customers with a full service solution to maximize their cash flow by increasing recovery on their memberships that are otherwise written off as lost revenue.
Allstate manages the billing and collection process for a certain period of time, where most delinquent members get back on track with their billing process. However, at a certain point, a delinquent account is intentional, and a violation of the membership agreement. This is when Allstate can electronically forward the account to the collection experts, First Credit Services, Inc. to maximize and complete the recovery process.
