Delinquent accounts are a problem for all club owners, and chasing these delinquent accounts, is a non income producing task. Most clubs are presently sending a series of letters and making several phone calls with the hopes of getting these members back on their payment agreement. This process costs you time and money in labor, resources, and extra expenses. You need to pay someone to prepare the collection letters, fold them, stuff them, and mail them. In the meantime, you also have to pay someone to spend time on the phone trying to contact these delinquent members. The cost to you for labor, paper, envelopes, postage, printing, phone, etc. starts to add up after a while.
